I believe the sales representatives name was Bo. He was terrific. Asked questions to find out what we needed. demonstrated a couple of phones and answered all the questions we thought of. Nice personality and very go for it kind of guy.
Kristen was an amazing rep. She emailed me the different unlimited data plans that were available and made sure we had the correct pricing before we even made the switch over to the new unlimited data plans. She went way over above and beyond with the break down of each line and pricing. Keep her around she adds value to the team!
A couple weeks ago I went into the store to purchase a new phone. Nobody greeted me, nobody said "I'll be with you in a moment". Nothing. I left and purchased a phone through our verizon account online. I went back in today to get help setting it up and getting my contacts switched over. They tell me they can't help me without a pin#. Well we've never used a pin#. They also tell me since I didn't buy the phone from them they will charge me to switch my contacts over. So I left. My husband contacted customer service...without a pin#.They told him there is no reason this store shouldn't have been able to help me out. I also got all my contacts switched immediately over at no cost. They also let me know if an app that will do that for you as well. I got no help at this location. It's closest to me home but I won't ever go back in. Thanks for nothing.
This is a Verizon corporate store and I've been here several times to pay my monthly bill. I've never had any problems with their service. The people are always courteous. Just an all around good experience whenever I've been in there.
Bo is awesome! Always help me out and always has answers. Great guy. Love going there when he's working because I know I'll get awesome service and a great experience. Thanks man
