We recently brought our border collie here to get his hair and toe-nails and hair trimmed and when i picked him up i was shocked to see that they had shaved our border collie down to 1/4inch. Now the dog has no protection from cold or heat and it will take 3 to 4 months before the hair even starts to grow back, and there is a chance of it not growing back at all...i highly suggest that people think twice before bringing their pet here.
Our dog is an older dog, he has a few moles. We've taken him to this groomer a few times and generally the grooming job was ok. However, the last couple of times we've brought him, we've found that the groomer went right over those moles and drew blood! So our poor dog has been walking around with his moles bleeding thanks to the grooming job. We won't be going back here.
